How to fulfil your producer responsibility obligations in Denmark

To comply with your packaging obligations, you have 3 duties:

  1. Announce an Authorized Representative: It’s mandatory for EU/EEA established Producers, who is not based in Denmark, to announce an Authorized Representative (ERP Denmark provide this service)
  2. Join a PRO: ERP Denmark is an established PRO/compliance scheme in Denmark. We offer three contract packages depending on your total volume and wished detail level of reporting. Go to our Click & Comply Shop to choose the package suiting your needs.
  3. Registering and reporting: Expected packaging volumes made available in Denmark in 2024 are to be reported in the same process as your registration and choice of Authorized Representative.
